This is a skin for the WIP USCC mod created by the IER Modding Group. The accuracy of the 3d model (built by Patrik Marek) is such that painting the Rum Bum car was easier than it looks. A real pleasure and privilege to make such a skin.
Here is another Absolute Racing livery: the 2014 Gulf 12 hours #17 entry. It had an all-Chinese line-up including Tung Ho-Pin. They did reasonably well with the 9th place under the flag.
The design is the same as the MMER livery posted several weeks ago, but the color scheme and main sponsor make it visually different.
Another skin based on an Absolute Racing livery: the #17 entry in the 2014 Macau GT Cup driven by Adderly Fong. The car was not all too successful or lucky during the race, but it looked great in Chinese colors. The livery was made by Berzerkdesign who excels in simple, memorable designs.
The skin is based on the car entered by Absolute Racing in the Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race of 2014, the 12 hours event at the Sepang circuit. It was driven by Alexandre Imperatori, ex-PCCA champion and participant in the latest WEC series, Henri Moser and Matt Solomon, the young F3 driver from Hong Kong. They finished 3rd.
I like a lot RSR’s Dallara F3 mod for Assetto Corsa. I could not resist making a skin for it even if there is double work compared to a closed top car for a somewhat less rewarding visual result.
This skin is based on the livery of Esteban Ocon’s car at the 2014 Macau Gran Premio. Ocon raced under the prestigious banner of Theodore Racing. That team has an impressive record of wins at Macau, which started with Ayrton Senna.
Unfortunately Ocon did not add his name to the Theodore Racing winning roster, because he crashed the car when fighting for the lead.
